LVMH Beauty Middle East manages 9 different brands including Parfums Christian Dior, Guerlain, Make Up for Ever, Givenchy, Kenzo, Loewe, Acqua Di Parma, Benefit Cosmetics, and Maison Francis Kurkdjian. LVMH Beauty Middle East oversees an area of 47 countries in the Middle East, Africa, and India with subsidiaries and agents’ structures.
YOUR MISSION ____________
As Key Account Executive in LVMH Beauty, you will be responsible for developing Acqua Di Parma and Loewe brands in line with the company’s vision and values whilst managing all sales related activities in the assigned region. You will be accountable for evolving and executing business strategies to deliver or exceed the business objectives while growing market share and profit.
Your main responsibilities in this role include:
Account Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, understanding their business objectives and aligning brand strategies accordingly.
Drive sales growth by implementing effective merchandising, promotional, and marketing strategies within the designated accounts.
Sales Planning and Execution:
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans that align with overall brand objectives.
Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Brand Representation:
Ensure that Acqua di Parma and Loewe brands are accurately represented at the point of sale, adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a premium brand image.
Conduct regular training sessions for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and sales capabilities.
Market Analysis:
Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.
Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market analysis.
Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, supply chain, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies and initiatives.
Work closely with the marketing team to plan and implement impactful in-store promotions and events.
YOUR PROFILE:
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in key account management within the beauty or luxury goods industry.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Understanding of the fragrance and beauty market is a plus.
Must be fluent in English. Arabic & French is a plus.
