We are currently seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our F&B outlets by handling guest complaints effectively, managing staff rosters based on forecast and wage cost considerations, maintaining adequate staffing levels for upcoming service periods, overseeing mis en place preparation, and monitoring beverage costs within budgetary constraints. Additionally, you will be responsible for conducting staff training sessions, addressing performance issues as needed, participating in meetings, taking charge of the outlet in the absence of the Manager, managing daily stock orders, and demonstrating flexibility by working across all F&B areas.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess qualifications such as relevant certifications or degrees in Hospitality Management or related fields. Prior experience in F&B operations within a luxury hotel setting is highly desirable. Strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving capabilities, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.
