Senior Finance Manager

Reports to: Deputy CEO and COO On behalf of our sister companies, Albero Oro is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Finance Manager to establish and lead the accounting and finance department from the ground up across all companies and branches under the group. The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing accounting and finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), managing financial actions, tracking cash flow, financial planning, and analyzing the company's financial strengths and weaknesses. Experience in the forex industry in Dubai is critical, as well as a deep understanding of compliance requirements with the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA). The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management within a multinational environment, possess strong leadership skills, and be capable of driving the financial strategy for the group. This role reports directly to the Deputy CEO and COO.

• Extensive experience in financial management within a multinational environment
• Experience in the forex industry in Dubai is critical
