The Senior Finance Manager is responsible for overseeing the smooth financial operations of numerous departments and brands in different locations, ensuring key commercial objectives are achieved on time and in the most efficient manner. This role includes complete management of the finance function, setting and implementing finance policies and processes, managing the company's ERP system, overseeing financial modules, budgeting, tax compliance, management reporting, risk analysis and mitigation, cashflow management, contract reviews, and preparing financial feasibilities for new business ideas. The ideal candidate should have a Master's degree or equivalent in Finance/Accounting, professional certification in Finance (Chartered Accountant or CFA), 8-10 years' experience in finance with at least 4 years as a Senior Manager, experience with managing a team of at least 3 direct reports, excellent interpersonal skills, strong analytical mindset, understanding of business fundamentals and drivers of success, attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills.
