? Main Responsibilities
Providing strategic financial leadership to the company
Ensuring that the organization has the financial resources and capabilities needed to achieve its goals and succeed in its market

Financial Strategy & Planning:
Develop & maintain dynamic business plans & financial models for the company, including expansion plans, new business lines & new revenue stream implementation
Drive long-term financial planning & conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making and drive business performance
Fundraising & Investor Relations:
Lead the fundraising & due diligence process and identify opportunities for capital raising
Developing and executing fundraising strategies, preparing investor presentations, and negotiating with potential investors
Conduct financial due diligence for potential investments, acquisitions, and partnerships
Cashflow & Capital Management:
Evaluate & manage the company's capital structure, ensuring an optimal mix of debt and equity
Optimize cash flow management, manage burn rates, and identify cost-saving opportunities & best cost structure.
Business Performance & Analysis:
Monitor key financial performance indicators, identify trends, and provide proactive recommendations to optimize financial performance
Provide financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive operational efficiencies
Requirements
? Experience needed
4 to 6 years of experience in strategic or corporate finance role with a VC & fundraising background
CFA or MBA in Finance/Investment is a major plus. VC or Investment Banking background is preferred
Prior experience with due diligence, startup valuations & advanced financial modeling is a must
Regional or GCC experience is preferred, with a solid understanding of regional financial regulations and market dynamics
Proficiency in paralegal matters that relate to startups
Proven abilities to be a strategic thinker (short and long-term)
Excellent knowledge in data analysis & Excel/G-Sheets and forecasting models (You and Sheets are in a happily-ever-after relationship)
Satisfying comprehension about the world of startups and VCs (investments, SAFEs, term sheets clauses, etc.)
Having read Venture Deals and alike books is a nice-to-have
3+ years of experience in managing a team is a nice-to-have
