Financial Controller ( Finance Director)

The Financial Controller (Finance Director) will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of a large 5-star hotel in Dubai. This includes managing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The role will also involve working closely with senior management to make strategic financial decisions and drive business growth. Additionally, the Financial Controller will lead a team of finance professionals and provide guidance on financial best practices.

• Previous experience as Finance Director of a large 4 Star or 5 Star hotel in the GCC region
• Previous experience with Marriott is preferred

• - Strong financial management skills
• - Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• - Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• - Knowledge of industry regulations and standards
