Duties & Responsibilities: Strengthen the company's mission and strategic vision by establishing and implementing effective HR efforts. Develop, analyze and evaluate HR plans, strategies, policies, and procedures, to support the achievement of the overall organizational objectives. Act as a strategic business advisor to the management team of each business unit by tackling key organizational and management issues. Develop strategic recruiting and retention plans and lead the recruitment efforts to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals. Contribute to a healthy corporate culture that supports growth and equal opportunities. Develop and implement comprehensive and competitive incentive plans that increase staff morale and productivity. Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.
