Job Description:

As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be a strategic partner to the executive leadership team, driving human resources initiatives to support the organization's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:


Strategic HR Leadership:

Provide visionary leadership in the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure HR initiatives contribute to the overall organizational strategy.
Talent Acquisition and Management:

Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment and retention of top industry professionals.
Develop and implement talent management programs for employee development, succession planning, and leadership pipeline.
Organizational Development:

Lead initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Drive change management strategies to support the company's dynamic and evolving business landscape.
Employee Relations and Engagement:

Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and promoting a healthy work culture.
Develop and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace morale and satisfaction.
Learning and Development:

Identify training needs and design learning programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Implement leadership development initiatives and mentorship programs.
Compensation and Benefits:

Develop and manage competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
HR Technology and Analytics:

Leverage HR technology and analytics for data-driven decision-making.
Implement HR systems to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and drive insights.


Qualifications:

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 15 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CHRO or equivalent role within the Oil & Gas industry.


Skills and Competencies:

Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends in the UAE.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to drive organizational change and transformation.
