As the Manager of the Corporate HR Team, reporting to the VP of Immigration and Emiratisation, the Human Resources Manager is responsible for operations of the human resources function for Middle East. The role involves overseeing the development and implementation of all HR processes and policies in Middle East, leading all HR activities, daily operations, and overseeing the HR team and all aspects of HR activities in Middle East. The manager will build professional relationships with employees, act as the point of escalation for queries and concerns, ensure efficient execution of HR operations in the region, and develop the impact of Human resources on operational and business strategy across the gulf region.
