Reporting Structure: Reports to CFO
Role Summary:
Oversee Finance function, lead budget preparation, and conduct financial analysis for strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to company strategy from a financial perspective.
Ensure adherence to corporate financial strategy and policies.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
Provide key financial information to leadership.
Oversee new business development evaluations.
Manage working capital, organizational changes, and risk mitigation.
Ensure accuracy of accounting records and compliance with legal requirements.
People Management:
Provide leadership, delegate effectively, and track progress.
Guide and motivate team for enhanced performance and continuous development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics with a recognized professional qualification.
7 to 10 years' experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of accounting, finance, and best practices.
Excellent analytical, numerical, and research skills.
High-level networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
