Key Responsibilities:
Manage the HR transformation team
Demonstrable knowledge, skills and experience across a range of subject areas, for example organisation design, process design, recruitment, learning and payroll
Think creatively on how to optimize the Workday processes and communications for optimal use and benefit for the HR function.
Work with Technology teams to execute on communications and change management strategies
Working with implementation partners and vendors to manage configuration requirements
Apply advanced subject matter knowledge and methodology to complex business issues, such as HR transformations, organization restructure
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, MBA, Human Resources, Management or Business/Administration
Minimum of 6 years of experience
End-to-end knowledge of Workday with in-depth operational expertise
Ability to engage with project leaders, business leaders, the HR community and a change network across the business to understand communication needs, stakeholders.
Workday Implementation knowledge (design, configuration, testing, training) particularly for Recruitment and ideally HCM at a minimum
