Talent Acquisition Manager

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent. They will oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. The manager will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates. Additionally, they will analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and enhance the candidate experience.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
