About the Role:
As the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of voco Monaco.
You will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from developing a strategic recruitment plan to attracting, screening, and onboarding top talent across all departments. Responsibilities:
Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
Source, attract, and identify high-performing candidates through a variety of channels, including online platforms, industry events, and professional networks.
Manage the recruitment process from job description development to offer negotiation.
Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews, and coordinate interview panels with hiring managers.
Extend and negotiate offers to top candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and metrics.
Support the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally within the hotel industry.
Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for luxury hotels.
Strong understanding of the Dubai hospitality market and competitive landscape.
Excellent sourcing and screening skills, with a focus on attracting diverse and qualified candidates.
Experience with directly sourcing candidates.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Please note : This role is based at voco Monaco Hotel on the World Islands that is 4 Kms off Dubai Coast and requires 20 Minutes boat ride to reach the hotel.
