We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources (HR) Manager fluent in both Arabic and English to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing contracts, job offers, and communication with candidates through email. Additionally, you will arrange and conduct interviews while overseeing the Law Department.
The HR Manager will work closely with the General Manager to handle the hiring of business-related staff. However, non-business roles such as HR, call center, and others will be managed by our dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and job offers.
- Communicate with candidates via email.

- Oversee the Law Department.

- Work closely with the HR team to ensure efficient recruitment processes.

Experience Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources roles, preferably as an HR Manager. Previous experience managing contracts, conducting interviews, and overseeing recruitment processes is highly desirable.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field is required.
- Professional certifications in HR are advantageous but not mandatory.
Please note that this job is located at Art of Living Mall and follows a work schedule of 6 days per week from 8 am to 5 pm.
