Job Overview:
As the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of our company. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and financial reporting. You will work closely with the executive team to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to drive the growth and profitability of the company. You will also lead a team of finance professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure financial compliance and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to achieve the company's financial goals and objectives
Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to the executive team and stakeholders
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and making recommendations for cost-saving measures
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports
Oversee cash management, including cash flow forecasting and working capital management
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, as well as internal controls and procedures
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance and mentoring to team members
Collaborate with other departments such as Operations, and HR to support business initiatives and drive financial success
Requirements
Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred
Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Strong leadership and people management skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
High level of integrity and ethical behavior
