My client is building one of the most exciting fashion projects in the Middle East and they are looking to hire an HR Manager to join their team. This role will look at UK and UAE policy, so experience in both is essential.
Responsibilities:
Create and manage performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands and issues.
Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.
Develop learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
Oversee employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and issues in accordance with company policy and maintains records.
Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in HR, talent management, and employment law.
