Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional for the position of Head of Human Resources. The successful candidate will lead the HR function, playing a crucial role in driving the company's talent strategy, fostering a positive work culture, and supporting organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
Drive talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning initiatives.
Provide strategic guidance to senior management on human capital-related matters.
2.Employee Engagement and Culture:
Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Design and implement employee engagement programs.
Oversee internal communication strategies to enhance employee morale.
3.Talent Development:
Identify training and development needs; design and implement relevant programs.
Support career growth and succession planning for key positions.
Facilitate performance management processes.
4.HR Operations:
Manage day-to-day HR operations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems.
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
5.Change Management:
Lead HR initiatives during organizational changes and transformations.
Drive change management strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications and Experience:
15 years of proven experience as an HR leader in the Real Estate and Construction sector.
In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and industry trends.
Strong strategic thinking and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Demonstrated success in driving HR initiatives that contribute to business success.
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
