What We Are Looking For:
Central Florida Residents Only - this role is a hybrid role with in-office hours required at the Orlando office.

Desire to contribute to the growth of the company through process improvements and financial analysis
Quick-minded with great memory recall
3-5+ years of experience in accounting or financial management
Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in accounting or finance
CPA license preferred or desire to pursue CPA license
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Exceptional written and oral communication abilities
Excellent interpersonal and networking aptitude
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Experience with Quickbooks Online is a plus but not required
Familiarity with cost and inventory accounting is advantageous but not mandatory
Professionalism, attention to detail, and confidentiality
Ability to pass drug screening and background check
Proactive, reliable, and trustworthy
Dedication to teamwork and a passion for exceptional work
Knowledge of reserves and captives is a plus
Overview of this position's responsibilities:
As the Director of Finance, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of our organization, ensuring operational efficiency and optimal performance. Your main tasks will include:
Providing financial forecasts and analyzing revenue and costs
Presenting monthly financial reports to management and ownership teams
Identifying operational risks and presenting strategic recommendations
Managing our internal finance team for accounts payable and receivable
Developing financial policies and procedures for efficiency
Monitoring expenses within the established budget
Processing outgoing payments in compliance with policies
Reviewing division budgets and assessing financial performance
Maintaining accurate filing systems for accounting records
Ensuring compliance with accounting processes (W-9, 1099, sales tax, etc.)
Updating financial data in databases for accuracy and accessibility
Posting journal entries and recording business transactions
Preparing and submitting regular financial reports
Assisting in processing balance sheets and income statements
Compensation Range: $80,000 - $150,000
