Job Title: Finance Manager (Factories)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Factories Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our manufacturing facilities. You will play a critical role in ensuring our factories' financial health and success by managing budgets, forecasting costs, analyzing financial performance, and driving cost-saving initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports for each factory, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize profitability and cash flow.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Prepare and manage budgets for each factory.
Forecast costs and revenues for future periods.
Manage factory-related financial transactions, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations and reporting requirements.
Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and supply chain, to ensure financial goals and objectives are aligned.
Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
Requirements and skills:
Minimum master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications such as CFA/CPA or similar will be considered a plus.
10+ years of experience in a manufacturing finance role
Proven track record of managing budgets and forecasting costs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in financial modeling and reporting software
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
