GT Medical is seeking highly skilled Financial Planning Manager expert in financial planning, analyzing financial data, preparing budgets, variance analysis, Financial KPI’s, and developing comprehensive financial plans to guide the organization towards its strategic objectives,
Responsibilities ( Not limited to)
Develop clear short term and long-term financial projections and forecasts of the company.
Working closely with the leadership team to formulate the business's medium to long term financial and strategic plan.
Conduct financial planning and modeling for new line of businesses and brands in cooperation with the related business units and CFO.
Analyze past and current financial and other performance data including expenses and capital expenditures.
Collect, format, analyze and synthesize data and reports to make recommendations around available options and other strategic decisions.
Propose enhancements to the budget model and maintain the budgeting policies and procedures manual.
Preparation of analytical study of the financial statements (quarterly and annually).
Study of the financial impacts of the proposed policies and legalizations prior to their approval.
Understand and calculate the risks involved in the financial activities of the organization.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree of Finance, Accounting.
CMA Certificate is preferred.
Experience
7 + years’ professional experience and at least 3+ years in managerial position
Experience with a large ERP system required, Oracle preferred.
Financial modeling experience is a plus.
Skills
Well-rounded technical financial skills, balanced with sound business judgment.
Very strong and proven analytical and problem-solving skills, must be able to proactively engage financial data to make recommendations.
Ability to analyze, problem-solve and think strategically.
Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast, dynamic environment, and prioritize competing priorities.
Outstanding Excel and Microsoft Office skills required.
