Finance Manager

As the Finance Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Cluster Director of Finance to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the finance department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and accounting, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include assisting in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts; monitoring financial performance against budget; overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable processes; ensuring compliance with hotel policies, procedures, laws, and regulations; assisting with financial audits and payroll activities; providing financial support to other departments; as well as supervising and training finance department staff.

To qualify for this role, candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field along with at least 2 years of experience in finance or accounting roles within the hospitality industry. A strong understanding of financial principles and practices is essential, as well as excellent analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Effective communication skills along with the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this position.
