As a Finance Manager at Hampton by Hilton Barsha, you will be responsible for understanding and driving financial performance within the hotel while ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and contracts. You will act as a trusted advisor to the business by partnering with the General Manager and developing strong relationships with internal stakeholders such as Hotel Finance, Commercial, IT, Procurement, Human Resources, Operations, Shared Service Centers (where applicable), Owners, Asset Managers, and Regional Operations Finance. Your role will involve participating in finance development programs to enhance team capabilities.

The ideal candidate for this position should possess strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, proficiency in MS Excel/Word/Outlook, excellent communication and negotiation skills across all levels of management and external customers. Additionally, having a university degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
