As the QHSE Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and managing the Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) management systems across our facility management operations. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with local regulations and international standards while promoting best practices and driving continuous improvement in all aspects of health, safety, and environmental management. You will collaborate closely with various departments to create a safe working environment that prioritizes quality and excellence.
Key responsibilities of this role include developing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE policies, procedures, and management systems to align with local and international regulations. You will conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with QHSE standards. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a QHSE Manager within the facility management or construction industry is required. Strong leadership skills are essential for promoting a safety-first culture in the workplace.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from SAR 20,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances along with additional benefits such as Visa support, Medical Insurance coverage, and Flight Ticket assistance.
