QHSE Manager

As a QHSE Manager at CMA Terminals Khalifa LLC, you will play a vital role in implementing and maintaining Quality, Health & Safety policies across all operational areas. Working closely with the QHSE Manager, you will stay informed about relevant changes in national and international standards to ensure compliance within the organization. You will assist in planning safety training programs for Management, Employees, and contract workers while organizing Shift activities related to QHSE in coordination with other departments. Additionally, you will monitor incident investigation reports to advise on improvements and conduct risk assessments to implement appropriate control measures on operational risks.

Ideal candidates for this position should hold a Graduate Degree qualification along with certifications in NEBOSH IGC in Occupational Health and Safety. With at least 7 years of experience in Safety Management and Training within the Ports and Container Terminal industry, candidates should possess knowledge of ISO and other International Standards related to Quality and Occupational Health & Safety.
