We are currently seeking a skilled Plant Manager to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The Plant Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing manufacturing and production operations at our site. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in manufacturing operations, Lean Manufacturing implementation, supply chain management, quality assurance, and inventory control. Proficiency in manufacturing systems such as JD Edwards and Oracle OTM is essential for this role. Strong communication skills are also required as the Plant Manager will interact with staff at all levels to ensure smooth production processes.

Responsibilities of the Plant Manager include expanding company development for completion and liner hanger products, overseeing plant functions like shop floor operations and compliance alignment, managing cross-functional teams effectively to drive productivity and quality, implementing strategic operations planning for customer satisfaction, collaborating on process optimization with various teams, leveraging Lean Manufacturing principles for plant performance success, developing processes to improve KPIs like productivity and cost reduction, supporting implementation of new techniques and machinery.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in manufacturing operations
