As the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for directing and supervising plant operations, overseeing solar PV array performance, inverters, transformers, switchgear, and monitoring systems. You will develop and implement maintenance programs to guarantee the reliability and availability of plant equipment and infrastructure.

Monitoring plant performance metrics such as energy production, efficiency, availability, and downtime will be essential in order to optimize performance.
