As the Head of Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in leading the coordination of our Business Development team to achieve the company's specific focus and service objectives. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing business development initiatives, managing FM Events/Magazines, general management tasks, staff management, finance management, and HSEQ management. You will be responsible for driving growth through strategic planning and execution while ensuring operational excellence across all functions.
To excel in this role, you must possess a University Degree qualification in either Business orientation or Technical field along with a UAE Driving license. A minimum of ten years of business development experience within a fast-moving environment is required, along with demonstrated expertise in working on multi-service sales contracts and collaborating effectively with estimation and operations teams throughout the sales process. Experience in business development and marketing within an FM services environment is essential, as well as at least five years of successful work experience within Dubai/UAE.
The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills along with strong negotiation abilities.
