Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy: Develop and execute the HR strategy in alignment with the company's growth objectives, focusing on talent acquisition, development, and retention.
Retention Management: Lead end-to-end retention processes, collaborating with department heads to identify staffing needs, conducting interviews, and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, providing guidance and support to resolve workplace issues and maintain a positive work environment.
Performance Management: Implement and oversee performance management systems to drive employee development, recognition, and goal attainment.
HR Policies and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Benefits Administration: Oversee employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks, ensuring competitiveness in the market.
Workforce Planning: Collaborate with department heads to plan and execute workforce strategies that align with business goals.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in HR and recruitment management, ideally in the real estate industry.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai labor laws and regulations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Relevant HR qualifications or certifications.
