Chief Financial Officer

Roles & Responsibilities Hiring for a large crypto-currency company in Abu Dhabi. The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive management team and responsible for the financial health of our company. They will provide leadership and coordination in the administrative, business planning, accounting, finance, and budgeting efforts of the company. The CFO will be responsible for developing financial strategies, managing financial risks, record-keeping, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in the continuously evolving landscape of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology. Responsibilities: Establish the company's financial strategy and direction while being an integral part of the executive leadership team. Oversee all financial operations including accounting, treasury, corporate finance, and investor relations. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements. Manage the financial performance of the company by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; and minimizing the impact of variances. Develop financing strategies, plans, and procedures to fund the company's growth and manage the risks associated with the cryptocurrency market.

• The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, with a proven track record of success in a senior leadership position.
• Experience in strategic financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting is essential.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, preferably within the cryptocurrency or blockchain industry.
