We are hiring a Sr. HR Executive (Training & Development) cum KPI specialist with the following responsibilities:
- Design and implement training and development programs for employees
- Conduct soft skills training sessions
- Set up Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Provide presentations on various HR topics to a large number of employees, including workers
- Ensure continuous improvement of training programs based on feedback and evaluation
- Maintain effective communication channels with employees to address their concerns and provide guidance
- Collaborate with other departments to align HR strategies with organizational goals
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in the UAE in leading group of companies
- Certified soft skills trainer
- Proven experience in setting up KPIs
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Possession of a UAE driver's license is required.
