The job holder will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a positive workplace culture, and contributing to the overall success of the company. Provide efficient HR support for activities related to Talent Acquisition, Employee relations and Employee engagement while ensuring strict adherence to the company's strategy, policies, procedures, and local labor laws.


Provide expert guidance and support to key stakeholders and leaders on all HR-related matters to ensure HR decisions and initiatives align with organizational goals and drive strategic success.
Be the focal point of contact for employees to provide efficient HR support aligned with business needs while ensuring strict confidentiality to build trust and maintain sensitive information integrity.
Work closely with line managers to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention to foster positive work relationships, enhance team spirit, and contribute to a productive and successful workforce.
Partner with internal recruitment team and departmental managers to identify staffing requirements and facilitate successful recruitment process, including managing the recruitment tracker, updating status, participating in interviews, assessing candidates, and providing input on hiring decisions.
Provide support to the Performance Management team in implementing and managing performance appraisal processes and initiatives with the objective of fostering a culture of continuous improvement, employee development, and alignment with organizational goals.
Play a key role in the recruitment of Emirati talent, particularly through the Graduate Trainee program and create a talent pool of current UAE Nationals to best place for vacant roles as per recruitment plan.
Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for new hires to enhance employee retention by fostering a supportive and engaging introduction to the organization. Conduct onboarding survey and meticulously compile relevant information to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for enhancing the onboarding experience.
Communicate leave policies and provide guidance to employees on the leave application process in the HRMS system to ensure accurate management of leaves.
Administer leave requests and compile reports for reconciliation purposes to ensure all leaves are processed accurately through the system. Track and process annual leave balance forfeitures and closures for leave cycle as required.
Manage the probation confirmation process by liaising with managers to assess employee performance by completing Probation forms for confirmations/ closures / extensions. Provide any additional support/ clarification for the probation completion process.
Lead end-to-end disciplinary and grievance process to mediate and resolve complex grievances and disciplinaries while upholding fairness and compliance with company policies and relevant regulations, fostering a constructive and respectful workplace environment. Suggest new HR strategies, analyze trends and metrics, resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances for emerging HR challenges and proactively find solutions to optimize HR functions.
Create and refine employee relations policies to reflect current legislation and company practices.
Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement effective HR strategies and solutions based on insights to optimize HR programs, increase efficiency, and achieve measurable positive impact.
Lead initiatives to support the company's culture, promoting inclusivity, collaboration, and employee engagement through targeted programs to foster a positive, productive, and engaging work environment that attracts and retains top talent.
Stay informed about advancements in data-driven HR and talent management technologies, leveraging them to optimize processes and enhance the employee experience.

Qualifications and Knowledge:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/ Business Administration, or a related field; or Master's degree preferred
Any Relevant certification in Human Resources such as CIPD (The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) - Level 3 or 5; SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP); Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR) – Preferred
A strong understanding of UAE employment laws and regulations.

Experience:
4 - 6 years’ experience in Human Resource Management with substantial experience in HR roles is essential, such as recruitment, employee relations and HR operations
