Senior HR Business Partner (Reward)

The Company

This Dubai based start-up are recruiting for a Senior HR BP with excellent Reward, Compensation & Benefits experience. With around 100 employees in the EMEA region, there is huge growth ahead for this business.



The Role

This role is newly created and will work with the business heads to partner on HR Generalist/Business Partnering matters as well as build Compensation & Benefits frameworks and strategy.



We would like to speak to highly talented HR practitioners with good exposure to reward. You will be the front facing member of the team to the business for all HR Advisory solutions and have a small team reporting into you. Your role will cover the EMEA region and will be based in Dubai.



The Criteria

You will have come from an HR generalist position but also be very strong in reward. Ideally you will be used to working in fast paced, unstructured environments where you have had to show initiative and be a self-starter.
