Hally are supporting a technology company in the UAE in their search for a HR Leader for the Middle East Region.
Requirements:
Build trust-based relationships with employees and the internal HR teams in a matrixed organization
Execute people programs and initiatives, including employee engagement, leadership coaching and development, organizational design, team effectiveness, and more.
Partner with Business leaders to provide thought leadership regarding change management, organizational strategy and execution that is aligned with business strategies.
Help in strengthening the effectiveness of our people managers in different countries by providing coaching, counselling, and guidance to further develop their managerial capability and impact.
Support managers and employees by leveraging people programs, processes, and systems, educating on policies and best practices
Consultations on HR matters, people manager coaching and development, performance and talent management, global mobility, organizational realignment and talent acquisition, retention and reward strategies, and HR program development and implementation
Design and facilitate programs that develop staff and managers at all levels
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues. Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations in a consistent, empathetic, and legally sound manner
Work closely with local leaders and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies
Provide day-to-day performance guidance to line management
Manage and sign off local payroll amendments
Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, promotions, and job re-levelling
Partner and leverage COEs and HR Shared Services to implement HR programs and drive efficiency
Keep up-to-date knowledge of employment law requirements
Qualifications and Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, People Management or any equivalent degree
10 years of Human Resources experience with roles increasing in responsibility
Experience with remote management and the challenges that brings
Preferred specialties in the areas of employee relations, business partner, or organizational development
Proactive collaboration within the HR team and demonstrated ability to impact and influence leaders
