Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with business & support functions
Recruitment across the ME region, including Emiratization and Saudization
Maintain Employee Files and all relevant HR documentation
Update and maintain HR Policies and Procedures
Provide guidance on C&B programmes and benchmarking
Responsible for but not limited to Performance Management, Talent Management, Training & Development, Employee Engagement, Grievances and Retention, Dispute Handling,
Set standards for ethics, values and culture of the company
Support Change Management Projects and HR budget planning
HR Operations & Office Administration functions
Requisite Experience and Skills:
An accomplished HR professional, holding a HR degree, CIPD qualifications or equivalent
7 to 9 years HRBP/HR Management experience within Multinational organisations handling the ME region
Experience in Talent Management, Employee Engagement a must
Knowledge of UAE /KSA labour law/regional laws
A hands-on approach is critical to this role
Fluency in Arabic or any European language is desirable
Flexibility to travel
