Senior Director Engineering

As the Senior Director Engineering, you will play a crucial role in leading and directing multiple Engineering disciplines within our organization. Your responsibilities will include developing business plans aligned with company objectives, ensuring compliance with policies and standards, resolving complex business problems that span across different functions, and fostering a positive working environment that promotes teamwork among various departments. You will be responsible for overseeing Engineering overhead budgets, preparing KPIs for your team, participating in proposal gate reviews, and supporting project teams in accessing technical authorities when needed.

In addition to your financial and operational responsibilities, you will also focus on people management aspects of the role. This includes organizing training programs for staff development, evaluating performance and compensation for your reports, collaborating with HR on recruiting efforts, and resolving personnel issues as they arise.
