Job Title: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our dynamic team in Dubai. Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) of the company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and implementing various HR functions.
Key responsibilities:
Recruitment:
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Implementation and coordination of partnerships and actions with schools – and universities in the Region
Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth integration for new hires.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.
Assist in identifying performance gaps and develop strategies for improvement.
Support the creation and maintenance of a performance-driven culture within the organization.
Learning and Development:
Design and implement training programs aligned with organizational goals and employee development needs.
Identify opportunities for skill development and create initiatives to enhance employee capabilities.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
HR Strategy and Compliance:
Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and HR best practices.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance HR policies and procedures.
Specific skills:

Capacity to structure ideas and take initiative.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and rigorous approach to tasks.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
Strong expertise in recruitment.
Proficiency in French is considered a plus.
Desired Background and Experience:
Master's degree in HR.
Proven track record as an HRBP or in a similar HR role for at least 7 years within an international company.
Experience in leading HR strategic projects.
