Our client, a leading Investment firm based in Dubai, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join their team. This role will report directly to the Associate Director Finance and play a crucial part in building out the finance function for the department as the portfolio grows. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly performance reports, synthesizing data into useful insights, and collaborating closely with stakeholders and external partners to achieve targeted objectives.

Key responsibilities include tracking periodic performance against budgets, preparing detailed reports for leadership, creating innovative dashboards using tools like PowerBI, assisting in budget preparation and updating relevant ERP systems. The Finance Manager will also review financial statements, monitor debt covenants compliance, ensure cash forecasting accuracy, coordinate audits, provide tax support on transactions, and develop intercompany recharge mechanisms in compliance with Transfer Pricing regulations.

The successful candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of professional experience with at least 3 years post-qualification experience. A recognized professional accounting qualification such as CPA/CA/MBA/CMA/CFA is required. Experience working in Private Equity/Asset Management companies is preferred along with hands-on knowledge of IFRS and Oracle ERP systems. Strong skills in data analysis tools like PowerBI and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are necessary. Exposure to corporate tax structuring and Big 4 audit firm experience would be advantageous.
