**The Role:**
As the Finance Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Associate Director Finance across various finance matters within the department. This includes assisting in building out the finance function, preparing monthly performance reports, analyzing portfolio data for valuable insights, and collaborating with stakeholders and external partners to achieve set objectives as our portfolio expands.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Track periodic performance against budgets and prepare performance reports.
- Support investments team by reviewing management packs.
- Assist in preparing quarterly performance reports.
- Create innovative dashboards using tools like PowerBI for performance reviews.
- Help prepare annual reports and materials for leadership committees.
- Develop financial models for new investments/divestments.
- Ensure compliance with internal/external policies & regulations.

**Candidate Requirements:**
Ideal candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 6 years of relevant professional experience with at least 3 years post-qualification experience.
- CPA/CA/MBA/CMA/CFA or other recognized accounting qualification.
- Experience working in Private Equity/Asset Management is preferred.
- Hands-on knowledge of IFRS and Oracle ERP systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools like PowerBI, Qliksense, etc.
- Excellent written and presentation skills in English.

**Desirable Skills/Experience:**
Candidates with exposure to corporate tax structuring, Real Estate or Financial Services industry experience, or Big 4 audit firm background are encouraged to apply.
