Job Description:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees.
Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures and Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement and development plans.
Identify training needs, develop training programs, and facilitate employee development initiatives.
Stay updated with UAE labor laws and ensure company compliance, and handle legal matters related to HR and employment regulations.
Manage payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS systems, and maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of HR Management experience in the automotive industry in the UAE
Must have a Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or any related field
Must have an in-depth knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations
Preferably with Certification in HR management
Must have UAE driver’s license and own car
Immediate joiners will be prioritized
