Charterhouse is working with a reputable organisation within professional services, who is looking to hire a HR Business Partner to join their Human Resources Department, in Dubai.
About The Role
The HRBP will partner with the Group HR Director to provide strategic support, develop HR processes to meet business objectives and growth, as well as coordinate and develop policies and procedures. In addition, the HRBP will be the point of contact for all employees within the business unit, managing employee relations, participating in talent management, performance management and assisting in compensation and benefits to improve retention and enhance employee satisfaction. This role will be responsible for building talent and leading the recruitment and onboarding process.
About You
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years’ UAE experience with further education in HR, Business Studies, or Psychology The ideal candidate will be proficient with full HR function having worked in a Generalist HR Role, with experience leading a Team. Knowledge of UAE Labour Law is a crucial requirement for this position.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written are essential, along with strong leadership and people management skills. Our client is looking for candidates with knowledge and hands-on experience in either Professional Services or Financial Services.
