Role Overview:
As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will be responsible for spearheading the HR strategy and aligning it with the organization's objectives. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a thriving workplace culture, driving talent acquisition, and implementing HR programs that resonate with the company’s vision and values.


Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies in line with business goals to attract, retain, and nurture top talent.
Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee talent acquisition efforts, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development programs for employees.
Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive work environment by leading employee engagement initiatives and addressing concerns effectively.
Performance Management: Implement robust performance management systems to drive productivity and enhance employee performance.
HR Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies aligned with legal regulations and organizational values.
Change Management and Organizational Development: Lead change initiatives and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


Qualifications and Experience:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail sector, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations in the UAE.
Excellent communication and leadership skills with a collaborative approach.
