We are currently seeking an Assistant Finance Manager – General Ledger to join our team. This role involves recording financial information, preparing monthly reports, and maintaining assets, liabilities, profit and loss statements in alignment with Real Estate accounting practices. Responsibilities include preparing journal entries for the general ledger according to IFRS standards, performing monthly reconciliations of subledgers for accuracy and completeness of accounting records, compiling information for internal use by reconciling various ledger accounts, preparing necessary schedules for assets, liabilities, and equity tracking. Additionally, you will assist in audit preparations by analyzing year-to-date accounting information and contributing to overall success through assigned duties while maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Knowledge of IFRS standards is essential along with proficiency in MS Office applications (preferably SAP). Strong communication skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking capabilities, dependability in fulfilling obligations, as well as setting challenging achievement goals are key attributes we seek in potential candidates.
