Our client, a leading Real Estate Developer based in Dubai, is seeking a Finance Ops Manager to take charge of their Accounting and Treasury function. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury teams to streamline financial processes effectively. The ideal candidate for this position should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field. A Chartered Accountant qualification is essential for this role, along with prior experience working at Big4 firms. With 10-15 years of experience preferably in the real estate industry, the Finance Ops Manager will be responsible for managing General Ledger functions and ensuring accurate consolidation of project entities and accounts. Proficiency in MS Office tools is also required to support daily operations and reporting needs.
