The HR Business Partner (HRBP) aligns business goals with employees and management in designated units. Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with overall business goals, focusing on long-term workforce planning and ensuring HR initiatives support the company's strategic direction
Advise line management on HR matters and contribute to building a strong organizational culture while enhancing the employee experience
Offer advice on culture-related initiatives and implement interventions for employee wellness, diversity, inclusion, and talent management
Work with management to resolve conflicts, maintain a positive work environment, and reduce turnover while collaborating with recruitment to attract and retain top talent
Develop and implement strategies to boost employee engagement, conduct surveys, and analyze data to improve policies and programs
Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and collaborating with the legal department when necessary
Review job descriptions, evaluate roles, and contribute to developing compensation and variable pay schemes
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance, support work relationships, and offer HR policy interpretation
Assist new hires with HR-related matters and provide guidance on restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning
Identify skill gaps, training needs, and offer executive coaching while supporting organizational change initiatives through change management plans and effective communication strategies
Engage in assessing and overseeing training programs to ensure their effectiveness and follow up to confirm achievement of training goals
Work in partnership with legal advisors to handle intricate legal matters concerning HR, such as employment lawsuits or regulatory compliance
Carry out additional assigned responsibilities as needed


Experience

At least 8 years of experience in addressing intricate employee relations matters
Proficient in various human resource areas, encompassing compensation, organizational analysis, diversity, performance evaluation, as well as federal and state employment laws
Experience in sectors handling a sizable blue-collar labor force essential

Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
Possesses robust commercial acumen, including a grasp of financial principles, risk-reward dynamics, and business outcomes

Shows the capability to thoroughly understand the organization's hierarchy, job roles, qualifications, compensation practices, and related administrative procedures
Exhibits excellent time management skills with a track record of meeting deadlines effectively.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving proficiencies
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications
