We are currently working with a leading Investment and Asset management firm based in the Middle East, with the search of a Head of HR to be based in the UAE.
Managing a small team and working closely with senior stakeholders you will be responsible for enabling optimal performance in the Investment business and Corporate Functions through sound People Management and developing a culture of performance.
Responsibilities will include –
Developing the strategy for the Human Capital Division
Oversees the preparation of the annual budget
Measures performance against financial and strategic KPIs for the Human Capital Division
Leads the annual performance management cycle and ensures bonuses and promotions are given in a timely manner.
Develops corporate plans for a variety of HR matters such as compensation, benefits, health and safety etc.
Ensures compliance with UAE Labor Law
Oversees the administration of compensation and benefits, including monthly payroll and benefits, pension authority liaison and annual incentives (bonus and long-term incentives)
Devises strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, talent acquisition, retention, training, and development.
Delivers the firm’s National Talent agenda
Plans and executes recruitment activities to source and on-board talent
You must have a proven background within an investment or asset management company in the region and a degree in HR or the equivalent. Arabic speaking is preferred.
