Responsible for recruitment outside of China. Work closely with the HR director and business department leaders to forecast and plan the global hiring needs of the company.
Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through various channels, such as social media, job boards, and professional networks.
Develop a recruitment dashboard and track metrics (i.e. time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, no. of quality hires determined by passing of probation and promotions)
Managing the full cycle of recruitment for the business (source, screen, interview, selection, offer, etc)
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies/processes and make recommendations for improvement.
Serve as the main point of contact for HR-related matters, facilitating effective communication channels
Assist in managing HR-related stuff including organizational changes, policy implementations, and process improvements.
