Our client, a prominent asset management firm with diversified investments in public equity, private equity, and real estate, boasts a proven track record of success and a robust portfolio of both regional and international ventures. Presently, they are in search of a qualified HR Business Partner (UAE National) to join their team.
Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Employee On-Boarding:
Provide administrative support to the AD-HR regarding recruitment.
Offer on-board assistance to new employees.
Take ownership of new joiners' documentation and employee file setup.
Employee Relations & Government Relations:
Prepare certificates (Arabic/English) as per employees' requests in line with policies and procedures.
Assist employees with their requests, ensuring adherence to the TAT. Verify requests for compliance with HR Policies and Procedures.
Coordinate with the Administration Department for the timely processing of new/existing employees' documentation (new and existing employees).
Interpret and advise employees on the company's personnel policies and procedures.
Employee Benefits:
Administer, coordinate, and track Medical Insurance and reimbursements with the insurance provider.
Liaise with the insurer on the medical insurance plan, address related queries, and reconcile payments.
Training Management:
Support the Associate Director of HR in all training coordination, booking, and administration.
Update training logs and attendance records.
Knowledge:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent HR qualification.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
UAE experience is a prerequisite.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of HR Payroll/Administration experience.
Proficiency in UAE Labour Law.
