You will take on a CFO position in one of the Firm's B2B Technology Services Holding Companies and be the business partner to the Holdco CEO. You will evangelize financial strategy, FP&A, accounting, and M&A integration as a leader, operator and mentor. You’ll regularly engage with the Firm’s Corporate finance team on company-wide initiatives. Build high-caliber finance and accounting team across the Holdco-level and at all operating businesses. We’re looking for smart, ambitious, and gritty finance professionals with a desire to lead a team across all facets of the finance function over the long term.

Responsibilities:

- Build high-caliber finance and accounting team across the holdco-level and at all operating businesses
- Ability to top-grade acquired finance talent and put the right talent at each business
- Own all Firm data (KPIs, Fin Deliverables, ad-hoc requests) allowing CEO to focus on growth
- Partner for value – act as business-decision partner to CEO and Board of Directors through executing a data-driven culture
- Delivers consistent, timely and accurate financial reporting
- Drives earnings through meticulous cost management
- Ensures high cashflow conversion from EBITDA (95%+)
- Scalability: Candidate should have the speed and nimbleness to operate in tuck-in sized businesses, while also ability to operate at scale as platform grows
- Will give CEO leverage through minimizing F&A as a time distraction, and also trusted partner to make business decisions
- Ruthlessly prioritize accounting standards, ethics and controls
- Ability to manage through high-volume M&A to baseline and integrate acquired businesses with consistent accounting policies, metrics and controls

Key Job Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in Finance field
  • Experience in managing high-volume M&A activities
  • Proven ability to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting
