We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Finance Manager to join our client's team in the equipment rental industry. In this field-facing role, you will collaborate closely with branch and regional leaders to provide financial insights, analysis, and strategic recommendations. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial background, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of Profit and Loss (P&L) management.


Key Responsibilities:



Financial Reporting:

Generate and analyze financial reports, including P&L statements, to provide accurate and timely information to branch and regional leaders.
Develop and maintain financial dashboards that offer a comprehensive view of key performance indicators.
Strategic Financial Analysis:

Collaborate with branch and regional leaders to understand business objectives and align financial strategies accordingly.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the development of annual budgets and forecasts in coordination with branch and regional teams.
Monitor budget performance and provide variance analysis to support decision-making.
Financial Recommendations:

Provide strategic financial recommendations based on analysis, addressing challenges and capitalizing on opportunities.
Work closely with leaders to develop action plans for financial improvement and operational efficiency.
Collaboration and Communication:

Foster strong relationships with branch and regional leaders, serving as a trusted advisor on financial matters.
Communicate financial information clearly and effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
Compliance and Risk Management:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive measures and collaboration with stakeholders.


Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or relevant professional certification is a plus.
Proven experience in financial management, preferably in the equipment rental industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in financial modeling and analysis.
Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software.
