Dartmouth Partners is working with a Private Equity backed SaaS business currently seeking an FP&A Director/VP Finance to join the team ASAP.
The business is experiencing double digit growth with headcount currently at circa 215 FTE and $70m ARR. In a niche marketplace, the business is continuing to grow and become a market leader in their field - to help them do so they are looking to add a strong FP&A director to partner closely with the CFO and CEO.
This role will be based in Atlanta and will require all applicants to be based near Atlanta for a hybrid working schedule - we cannot consider those outside of Atlanta.
MUST have familiarity with SaaS business model, including recent direct working experience
MUST have Financial leadership within $50-100M turnover organisations
Prior experience within a PE or related investor-backed environment
Assess current Finance ERP system effectiveness, look to implement BI tools
Utilizing SaaS metrics to drive growth and profitability, working with internal stakeholders to define key metrics and KPI's
Commercially finance focused
Helping to define short term and long term financial strategy
Business Partner with all areas of the organisation to gain alignment on strategic finance outcomes
Data storytelling and 3-5 year plan
Understanding of the demands of a PE backed environment
Prior experience of rapidly scaling environments, supporting CFO's directly with their new reporting needs and access to quality data
Additional:
Must be based in Atlanta for multiple commuting days per week
Commercial finance focused vs traditional operational accounting
